It would be better if the entire thing was TV Yellow, but I guess I just don't understand this heavy artistic statement (Bumble Bee?)

I guess you'd have to find whoever originally refinned it. Maybe he had a bee fetish.

The idea of a TBird in TV Yellow is a little odd, maybe it would work.

Maybe he/her/other was British, with a "Traffic Warden" fetish...

I remember that one. I actually like it. I've seen a lot worse colour schemes on refins anyway.

I like it too. If I could afford to bid on and won it, I wouldn't do a thing but play it.

Right now I'm listening to a 4-song cassette where it was played. Sounds just fine with the Js. Hey, maybe I'll bid after all and put the Js back in! Get rid of some of that chrome....  ;)

Why not? Jules now has a 20/20 page up so you can't agitate him about that anymore, you need to let it out. Better yet, make up a new story about its origin, it will be just as valid as the black & white TV story or the imaginary Les Paul TV show story.

Sold for $1325. IIRC he was looking for the upper teens when he had it up in 2007.

The market speaks. Not a bad deal for somebody.

Somebody in the UK won it and didn't want to pay the shipping.
