Not very popular in Rodos... mind you, neither are the Germans, or the Italians...  :o I spent a lot of time there in the early 80's... depending on the mood of the customs man in Rhodes Town, if they spotted a Turkish stamp in your passport they would occasionally not allow you in, and off you went, back to Turkey...

They like the Brits there, though...  ;D

I guess some people are too "patriotic" about that situation. Most turks I have met are friendly people, never had any problem with them.

I have it from a trustworthy source  :-X that Herr Deayton signed - had to sign - a prenuptial agreement disallowing him to make further appearances here.  :-\ :-\ :-\ :sad: :sad: :sad:

We'll miss him. Him not being here is pretty much like Australia devoid of cane toads. It just doesn't feel right.  :sad:
