I did some research.

If I sell the bass to someone living outside of the EU. Let's say USA for instance.
I don't have to add VAT to the price. So the price I sell the bass for is 294 euro.

If I sell the bass to a person living in the EU. Let's say UK for instance.
I have to add 19% VAT to the price. So the price I sell the bass for is 349,86 euro.

If I sel the bass to a person or company with a VAT-identification number living in the EU. Let's say UK for instance.
I don't have to add VAT to the price. So the price I sell the bass for is 294 euro.
It then is a so called intra-communautair transaction.

Shipping to UK is about 25 euro
Shipping to Greece is about 35 euro.

It all depends on the size of the box.
But I'm guessing it won't be longer than 150 cm.

BaCH tells me they're also going to make a case for this bass.
They didn't tell me yet how much it'll cost. ???

Somehow they just can't get it together to answer simple questions like that...

Yes. But it would cost the same as a complete bass.

I imagine shipping would be a lot less though because of the reduced package size.

Size of the package doesn't really matter. It's the weight that counts.
