Did Felix use his reissue EB or original on Nantucket Sleighride?

Sure does.  I've seen another Mountain songbook that has a very clear shot of Felix with a reverse T-bird II; can't recall if it's a studio shot though.

Felix has been one of my favorite producers forever.  Loved his bass playing, but never cared for his voice.  Sometimes, it pays to be the idea man.

Maybe it's just me, but does this look like a T'bird head...?

Your right Kenny ! I have that same song book somewhere !

idk, Gary... just try to imagine "Theme..." or "... Sleighride" with Leslie's voice...

... and Scott, hang on to that book... extremely scarce item...  8)

OK, I'll give you that one.  But Leslie should have sung "Crossroader".  That was out of Felix's style.  Leslie does a pretty nice job on Theme, though.  He mentioned, the last time I saw them live, that he never liked Theme in the beginning, but it had become his favorite song after 30 years.

Leslie, Jack Bruce (on vocals/bass) and Joe Franco cover "Theme" on one of LW's solo CD's.... Def agree about Crossroader...
