Golden Oldies

I know I started a thread like this awhile back but can't find it so we'll start anew.

Lotsa good ol' songs keep goin' thru my head altho I almost never tune in any radio stations that specialize in this era & the cds in my collection are late 60s forward & most of 'em are 70s & 80s Hard Rock an' METAL, some Blues.
I'm talkin' about 50s & 60s Pop Rock like:
I'm A Girl Watcher
Solitary Man~ Neil Diamond
You're Just Too Good To Be True
Peggy Sue
Live For Today

Guess they remind me of my youth. Funny how you can't shake this stuff even if you try.
I reckon a lot of you oldtimers are in the same boat.

Hard for me to know where to start, even when I don't have music playing there's a soundtrack running through my mind.

Live For Today, IIRC that was the Grass Roots, with their matching EKO violin guitar and bass.

Solitary Man, geez, when that was out, my former SIL played it to death. She was a teen ager at the time. That one and Sandy Posey's Born A Woman.
