Slim Pickens had all the best lines in that movie!

Mel Brooks movies probably deserve a thread of their own.

Blazing saddles... What a great movie! Turned on, tuned in, saw it three times in a row. Laughed my head off. Haven't found it yet (as an answer to the question I suspect some of you guys might rise).

I saw Blazing Saddles at the theater when it first came out. I got dragged to the show by a friend as just something to do when we were bored. Had no idea what we were going to see, just went to the show and Blazing Saddles was playing. Totally clueless as to what it was all about,  just sat down to watch  what appeared to be a cowboy movie. The shock value made it even more than it was :o. I don't know if I've ever laughed harder at anything in my life ;D ;D

.....As Le Petomane signs the bill, he turns to his red bikini-clad buxom secretary Miss Stein (Robyn Hilton), and speaks directly into the cleavage between her two bulging breasts:

"Hello boys. Have a good night's rest? I missed you."
"A computer lets you make more mistakes faster than any other invention with the possible exceptions of handguns and tequila."

Way off the track here, but back in the days of Get Smart, before Mel Brooks went totally insane, did you ever see the episode where they were taking Max out of a building on a gurney, through a revolving door? Probably 20 minutes out of a 30 minute show.....freakin' hilarious ;D.
I can't even attempt to describe it, you just plain had to see it ;D
