The Yamaha was too high, but this was just right....and a bit of super glue in a syringe should fix the crack in minutes.

Looks like a good deal if the neck repair is that simple. Congrats!!

Nice one, Al... I had a shed for mine...

You got a bargain!  Mine has a small finish crack/check where the neck joins the body as a result from being left in the car on a very cold night.  Like you say a little super glue will take care of your problem.

I'm curious to hear how you like yours.  It seems people either love them or hate them depending upon their expectations.

I will be dancing around waiting for it to arrive...but I'm also putting my Kay KB-2 up for auction this weekend.  I need to generate some $ to offset the cost.

I've bought from this seller before - got an EB-0 with one pin on the bridge pulled about halfway out.  15 minutes and super glue fixed that one, too.

I think Ken gets to clean out a shed for his 50th birthday.

He's a relative of Arthur "Two Sheds" Jackson.

Freuds_Cat

I sympathise with you Ken, I've just finished cleaning out my shed over the last 2 weeks.  Man, why did I keep all that crap?

AH!  I am celebrating Father's Day tomorrow by shampooing all the carpet in the house during the AM.  Hopefully in the PM I'll get some time to have a brew and a burger.

Fathers day aint till september here.  I'm pooling the family to pay for a BaCHbird for my soon birthday. If I can ever get a response from Roman.

Today I rented a carpet cleaner and did four rooms, two long flights of stairs and a large free-standing carpet.  My wife took pity on me and did one additional large room.

To quote a phrase from a delightful book titled "You're Stepping On My Cloak & Dagger", my arms feel like two sacks of dead mice.   Yaaaargh.

Al... they don't have shed's in the US of A...?

... and Dave, the "shed-from-Hell" has taken up more time than I care to admit too (at least in hours), but as usual, here I am, dragging us away from the subject matter...  ;D

hmm... maybe Arthur "8-by-10" Jackson...

Uh, yeah, we have sheds (I don't have one in back but need one...that's another story).  I confess that getting a shed for your birthday somehow didn't compute.  At least my arms work today...not highly functional last evening.

Honesty is the best policy... I have to admit that the transition of my 50th was just coincidental to the purchase of a replacement shed (at a bargain discount price!), and today was the best choice for erection of the aforementioned out-house...

Normal service will be restored as soon as sheddable...  ;)
