Just curious:

What do you think Fender has to produce, which doesn't excist at the moment? A Entwistle style slab-P? A Humbucker-Tele bass? Tell me your wishes, Just curious:)

An electric upright.

A fretted/fretless double-neck under 11 lbs.

70's reissue "amp-logo" cases.

Bart!

A full scale hollowbody.

rahock

A big body ABG that you could actually play unplugged and a neck that would allow you to play beyond the 12th fret.

nofi

sounds like you want a fenderwood, rick. ;)

Something different. A new body style, nothing radical but not just another P or J variation. And with new pickups that aren't in P, J or twin-J configuration.

If Lakland can do it with the Decade, then Fender ought to be able to come up with something fresh.

Denis

I'd go along with a new bodystyle as well.
Why did Salvador Dali cross the road?

Turnabout is fair play. Fender should just copy the Decade and release it as a 'Joe Blow' signature model!

Dave W

That would be funny.  ;D

Except to Dan Lakin.

I would be all over a 66 slab reissue, just as long as it wasn't a cob job like what Entwistle did to his.
Model One and Schallers?  Ish.

godofthunder

LOL But wheres the fun in that ?
