I saw a red T40 at a pawn shop this weekend. Did they offer these in red back then? I figured it was probably a refin.

They came in black, red and natural. I've seen more naturals than black or red.

Freuds_Cat

I've seen plenty of Black and Natural ones and some white ones. I've seen a kind of Tobacco burst as well.

Red was a stock color once they started painting them. What did they want for it ?

They were busy when I was there and it was hanging where I couldn't get to it to check it out. I didn't see a price on it and didn't want to bother them since I wasn't going to buy it. I think I'm going in there again this weekend cause they had a case that I may try to snag. I'll let you know if I find out the price.

T40s I've played were all heavy yet reasonably well balanced. I would say over 10 lbs. Not as heavy as a Gibson Victory, which is typically 13-14 lb.
