Group...

I have an Epi Elitist TBird that I got a while back with a broken headstock... now fully repaired, and better than before.
I bought a Gibson Tbird pickguard for it but it is not the right size... the holes do not line up at all.

Does anyone either have an extra pickguard for one of these or possibly able to photocopy their Epi Elitist pickguard for me
so I can make a copy...
I would also be willing to trade a Gibson Thunderbird pickguard for a Epiphone Elitist Thunderbird pickguard.

Also looking for a truss rod cover...

Thanks to anyone that can help!!!

I'll - sigh! - undergo the burdensome work and unscrew the pg on mine to send you a photocopy ... Just give me a couple of days, but bump me next week so I don't forget!!!

Huh, you had/have an Epi Elitist too?

And I've (only now) noticed your new signature ... from renegade archangel (that makes you Lucifer, right?) to fervent Mary Magdalena believer ... to hell and back again ...

... Saul to Paul ...

No, just a regular Epi, not elitist, but I think the pickguards are the same? I'll check that when I've unscrewed mine. Uwe

Hey Exiled one!

I unscrewed the pg for Curt/dc10bass from the Elitist and held it to the reg Epi - they don't match (neither hole alignment, nor size, nor shape). (Need your postal address, Curt!)

But do not despair: I then unscrewed the pg of the reg Epi too and made a 1:1 color photocopy of that. Send me your postal address and you'll get it. (Too much of the detail will be lost if  I pdf or fax.)

Regards

Uwe

It is a religious message, I'm sure. Konstantinos aka Exiledarchangel is Greek-Orthodox and is sending me as a Roman Catolic a pic of a scantily clad girl wearing the star of David and giving a satanic finger sign. Which goes full circle to Konstantinos' alter ego as the Exiledarchangel which - to coin a phrase from Blazer - "as we all know" is Lucifer aka the enlightened one.

Make of that what you will, to me it makes sense. I'm just missing a little Islamic influence.

I sure am enlightened, after I found this forum, I learn all about the great mysteries of life, such as clownburst Gibson basses, anal sex and WWII planes.
