Sadly, no pics of the mod under the guard.

1989 S/8 White/BT, very reasonable $3K starting bid. This one should not last for long on eBay. No visible tail lift, due to the 7-bolt tailpiece.

Yeah, good price on the white one. That came up about a week ago. I am glad mine also has the extra screws on the tailpiece. Rock solid bass. I'm starting to use it a little more with my original band.

gearHed289

I've seen that one before at the same stupid price. I assume Al has somewhat of a following, but that's a $2000 bass. I DO like green.

1967 365 converted to bass. New neck, 30" scale, 18 frets. $2,300

I was looking at that , and wishing the company might make a shortscale 350 bass .
Black , of course ...

gearHed289

That's pretty cool except for the EMGs. Nothing a pair of TB+ can't fix.  8)

I'd put toasters in it, and move the bridge PU back WAY closer to the bridge.  And, speaking of the bridge, I'd replace that Allparts one with a Hipshot A Style.

1974 4001 in glossy, non-burst "Walnut". It's been a while since I saw the last one in this color. This rare (but not especially desirable) brown tint variation was sometimes referred to as root beer glo.

Currently at $2K with 55 bids and 8+ days to go.

Dave W

That's at least $2K nice but with 8 days to go it might wind up in the stratosphere.

gearHed289

I sort of like that color. Real slice of the 70s.

I have no idea what happened but now it's $1,525 and just 13 bids. Cancelled shill bidding?
