Ther're the big gray things in the sky - which I think Marks sees all of the time.  We get water that way as well and from June through November we have the occasional blow that brings in a 19 foot wall of sea water

 On average there are 58 completely clear days a year in Seattle, that doesn't mean it's wet the other 307 days but you have to like gray, cloudy skies alot if you're gonna live here.......
