Good luck with it! Mine's already sold. I use my trusty old Vox T-25 at home and a freshly purchased '76 Fender Musicmaster Bass Amp. (Tubes). I liked the Ampeg, but I didn't use it that much...

Must say I really love the vintage-y feeling I get from this amp! It sounds really Ampeg, that same low mid rumble I LOVE. Also has a lot of power but the speaker is the weakest link. When I hook the unit up to my other cabs it's really powerfull!

Gotta love these old Ampeg SS's! They look cool and sound really close to the real deal!

+1   IMO, the old SS amps get a bum rap. I have a '63 B-15NA and recently scored a '66 / '67 BT-15C. The BT-15C sounds great, and can certainly hold it's own against the B-15, especially in a live gig setting.

Sounds like my "low-volume" rig.

I'm sure you'll dig it. I get my basic sound and volume with the Vox, then fade in the Fender "to taste".
