Yup - Red, white, and blue metallic.  But the "white" is going to be more of a silver metallic to match the Buck Owens Telecaster.   (This pic is the right color scheme for Buck's, its just more gloss).

Yikes!  Not my favorite year for hits.  The only new bass I ever got was my '76 T-Bird.  Awesome bass, but it caught headstock disease within the year.  It fell, and quite gently, off my stand at rehearsal onto a carpeted floor.

WHAAATT??   "Afternoon Delight" "Welcome Back" and "Theme from S.W.A.T."  all coming at you in the same year?  On second thought.... looking back on this list, I'd forgotten how bad the radio waves were that year.   :bored:

Blitzkrieg Bop and The Ramones debut album came out in '76. Not much of a dent in the charts, if any, but it was enough to make you forget the pablum at the top.

God Bless the Ramones!
There was nothing in the world
That I ever wanted more
Than to feel you deep in my heart
There was nothing in the world
That I ever wanted more
Than to never feel the breaking apart
All my pictures of you
