Gear for Sale - from a friend and excellent bassist
« on: October 25, 2008, 09:24:28 PM »
I'm posting this list for a guy in Cincinnati.  I got the list via email, and he said it would be OK for me to post this gear for sale list.

Marc Hoffman is the bassist for Sonny Moorman, and you'd be hard pressed to find a guy who can do smooth scale work so well.  I've never been able to get that ability down.  At any rate, Marc's a good guy, and he's got the following for sale:

Going to be selling some gear that is not
being used:

1977 SVT head - $1500.

Thunderfunk head - $975.

Aguilar 1-12 cab. - $225.

Lakland (Skyline) Darryl Jones Jazz Bass - $925.

Bass cab., 1-18 - $100.

Korg Tuner, DTR2, rack-mount - $90.

Juice Goose power strip - $25.

Spread the word - spread the love.

He can be contacted directly at mhoff48 "at" cinci.rr.com

I also invited him to join our ragtag bunch.

Bought my first Fender bass from Marc a zillion years ago---Pre CBS Fender Jazz for $125

Wish I still had it--

He also installed tuners in an old RIC for me, also a zillion years ago...

Hope he is still playing with Sonny Moorman, and doing well....

I would think so.  Email Marc direct, and ask him.
