So THIS is were everyone went! I see alot of familiar names around here .... nice job, whoever put this together. I've not participated in any cyber-bass related activities in quite some time .....

Great catching up with you all ..... I'm going to pull up a chair now and do me some reading.

Hey Sean, glad you found us.

Uwe and I put this together in January, we figured there were still enough of the old gang who wanted to hang around together to make it worthwhile. And you'll see plenty of new faces too. Sorry I didn't have your email address to let you know.

All my brilliant ideas about naming this place were rejected by Dave!!!

I had "Bass Yard", "Mudbucker Mania", "The Daily Bass Bugle", "Bass Herald", "Bass Observer", "Bass Pit".

To all of which Herr Westheimer said no.

Then he got really creative with "Bass Discussion Page" -  :bored: :bored: :bored: You should all forever thank me for talking him out of that one, he was without his medication when he recommended it.  :rolleyes:

Things got slightly better when he proposed "Bass Pocket". But he was quick to ruin that one by insisting it should be "Uwe's Bass Pocket".  :rolleyes: :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

Finally, he had a moment of enlightenment and came up with "The Bass Outpost" to which I added a John Wayne'sque "Last".

In hindsight, "Ze Bass Stalag" would have been a good moniker too!
