Devoted to scientific proof: Is Dave right about "smells and tastes like fish"?

I try to never disagree with Dave, even when he's obviously wrong.

Now we really have to get back on track with the original topic of this thread of threads: Lieber Dave, have you noticed that our poll shows relatively limited support for your cherished view?  8)

It's rigged and stolen! It's a witch hunt!

Can anybody find Dave some votes?

And Frau Paltrow once again a pillar of composure, no gloating or cheering, just a sigh of relief.

I thought it was nice that she wished him well on the way out.

I come from a long line of deeply petty women and I have to bow to this, an unsurpassed display of our tradition

He didn't see it as petty in the interview afterwards. She probably felt awkward walking by him and not saying anything. There is something like court room decorum. We'll never know what she actually thought, but in her testimonies she went out of her way not too sound vindictive or petty. The way she handled her divorce also doesn't really speak for her enjoying displays of pettiness.

His broken ribs certainly went hand in hand with her description of the accident, that he ran into her from behind. But I don't rule out that in a situation like this everyone involved remembers it differently.

I haven't kept up with this case enough to have much of an opinion.  It was interesting, but I was too busy to follow it.  I do know that "I wish you well" was the last thing Kierkegaard's ex-girlfriend said to him in their last encounter.  She meant it, but when I hear of someone saying it, my mind often goes back to that.  It didn't help Kierkegaard with his life any.  Before the year was over, he had died of an uncertain illness.  I hope the ski collision guy has better luck with his life.  In the one article I did read about this case, it said he had both memory and vision problems.  Just those things, it seems, made it doubtful that this lawsuit should have ever occurred.

And they're scented too, though a bit on the fishy side, Dave opines.

Took me a while to find this. Couldn't remember the name of the "product."

Scuzz Twittly (a/k/a comedy writer/director Trent Ward) supports my position.
