G&L intonation problem

I can understand how this might happen as the JB seems to be the only 20 fret "vintage spec" model in the Tribute line. Did the incorrect 21-fret neck have a rounded heel like the 20 fret version or a square heel like the rest of the line?

I haven't looked at the neck, but I will.

The replacement neck arrived today via FedEx.  it's a nice snug fit.  I transferred the hardware and found that the fret work was better done than on the original, which is nice.

Now it intonates properly and I like the satin finish on the neck.
