Cool v63/SW mod

I love this mod. A 2015 4003SW converted to a v63-ish bass. And walnut models are about 1lb. lighter than standard maple-bodied 4003's. If this wasn't a US-only auction I'd be tempted to bid.

Curious about the rout under the guard though. Some wood must have been removed for the half-inch spacing.

Nicely done and reasonably priced. Ilan's curiosity about the neck pickup rout is well worth investigating, if I were in the market I'd definitely want to see under the guard.

I did something vaguely similar to my 2009 4003. I expect I will encounter structural issues eventually, but the bass is sort of an ornament anyway.
