Aw, too bad. 73 is kinda young. He made good stuff. I had a SWR Studio 220 for a while. Ultimately not for me (went right back to SVTs), but definitely right for a lot of other players.

SWR working man 12 got me through 4 years of jazz ensembles in college. RIP Steve.
