Is this a Gibson case?

I recently acquired an EB2 and I'll need some help dating it, but first off I wondered about the case.  It doesn't look like any Gibson case I've ever seen.  I'm thinking it's maybe a Starfire case.  Anyone have any ideas?

It does look like a Guild Starfire bass.  It could also be a Hagstrom bass case, which used the same body.  Or it could be even be an aftermarket case, probably made by whomever Guild bought from.  The Starfire case I had did not have a grey lining, so I think that may be an aftermarket case.  Some case people put metal tags near the handle, but others used foil labels inside which always fell off.  At the very least you have a nice hard case that will fit an eb-2.  Outside the Jack Casady Epi case, that is a tough order to fill.
Model One and Schallers?  Ish.

The lining is actually blue but it doesn't show up well.  There is a spot next to the handle that once had a tag held on by two rivets.

It holds the eb2 somewhat well, but it didn't protect the bass completely during shipping.  I have to fix a crack in the headstock that opened up again and the fingerboard has come up ever so slightly.  Not big issues since the headstock had a prior crack.

Thanks for your response!

Here are some shots I had taken of my '66 EB-2 case for comparison:

I don't think it's a Gibson case, but as long as it works, that's good!  Make sure the case isn't putting any unnecessary pressure on the headstock when you close it.
I'm fixin' a hole where the rain gets in..........cuz I'm built for a kilt!
