It's certainly beautifully done! 

He does a lot of the work himself of course, but he does have a couple of helpers as well.


It's been a wonderful hobby that I find I enjoy more and more as I grow older.

Of course, the first diaphragm diorama is the deepest ... Young Roderick was all ears when he heard about his first model train set.



Flash thought: Mark, underneath all those wigs, are your ears a bit like that too, i.e. thunderbirdish in nature, wings wedged to a center block? (innocently) Is this a common model railroader trait?

I was told he has a road case housing a little work station where he can build stuff while touring. Guess he was in Modern Railroader magazine a couple of years ago.

Interests change due to aging and a lower level of testosterone. After we castrated our dog the main interest switched from bitches to food so why not model trains?
