Another stunning bass! Congrats, Rob.

There's nothing about this I don't like.  I'm not even a figured top guy, but its working for me here.

I think it's really awesome that you had Jeff Ament demo your bass...

Basvarken

Haha, he even played a little Jeremy

Louder bass!.

There's two output jacks , is one for each pickup , Rob ?

Basvarken

Yes, that's right. Each pickup has its own pickup.

I've had a 4001 one for ages , but I've never run it in stereo . I'd simply need a stereo cable and a splitter , I've got various amps and cabs .
Can you run a full mono signal with a standard jack on the Brooks 12 , or it it designed to just use double cables ?  Could you hook up a stereo wireless system ? I'm not sure I've even heard of one ... but I just plug into my rig .
That's something a little different .

Basvarken

It's made for the use of two separate amps.
The neck pickup is a bass humbucker. (For the bass amp)
The bridge pickup is a guitar pickup. (For the guitar amp with overdrive an other effects).

Of course I could have opted for a stereo jack output like a Rickenbacker.
But it was done like this per special request of the customer.

Will you get to hear that setup live? That's something I'd love to experience.

Stereo bass !

I'm a pretty traditional old school thumper , but it would be fascinating to plug that into a couple of amps and start spinning the knobs .

I don't think I will ever hear it live, since my customer lives in the USA. ;-)

In the video that I posted the left channel is the bridge pickup channel and the right channel is the neck pickup.
At 1.48 you hear what happens when I switch on the Tech 21 VT bass. (drive = left, clean = right).
