So by not allowing Dwezil to use the name Zappa it protects its use for all four? So, are they going to form a Partridge Family group and tour? Otherwise I'm not sure I follow their rationale.

At any rate, he should have renamed the tour Dwezil Plays Frank.  It rolls off the tongue easier at least.
