That might be the dumbest damn thing I've seen for a while.
Fender used to sell a deal like a weightlifters belt with a bracket on the front.
You would put a strap pin on the back of the bass and clip in on.
\The bass player for the Fendermen used to use one.  He held the bass like an upright.

Looks like he's holding a Rick. Why would he even need it? If he used a real neck diver with that setup, he might get a wedgie.
