Today I am sending out a pair of vintage covers to be speced and hope to have product soon. I am as nervous as I can be about shipping these, I'll spend the big bucks and over night them. Wish me luck.

Overnight is the only way to go if it is something of value. FedEx ground service is basically a contractor/franchisee operation that i really don't have a lot of faith in. UPS' ground operation is damn good but it's automated beyond belief and stuff gets torn up and lost to often for something of great value.
Good luck on the covers.

Shipped USPS over night, insured for $1200 bucks. It won't be machine sorted.
