I don't think the G&L is hideous. It just doesn't look attractive or graceful to me. It looks like it was done for no other reason than to be sure it's never mistaken for a Fender. They needed to differentiate it, of course, but they didn't need to go that far.

Shouldn't that be a Jackson headstock? I confess that they're my least favorite...too much pointy.

We only briefly were able to experience the majesty of Linda's frozen dinners here in the US. I don't think they even lasted a year.  Personally, I'd rather eat the G&L headstock.

But I did get to meet her and Sir Paul when they came to visit the frozen food plant in Southern MN.  Both were really gracious people.
