 I'm a vegetarian  :o  My tummy doesn't have the right enzymes in it to digest meat any more......... ;)

But you do get regular protein shots, right?

Re Nestlé: I find that reassuring and it has very little to do with quality control unless you want them to x-ray every peanut they use. It tells you they are still using actual peanuts (to which a worm is no stranger).

I still eat fish, eggs (non-cholesterol) the dreaded tofu, and ummmm........yeah. ;)

My defining terms for meat are: If its got a neck, its not for me! Fish is just a good source of protein, easier on my health long term than beef or pork. So I cave on that.
