Looks dilapidated for a year of playing. Surprised to see the input jacket moved forward and I gues the scratchplate was removed by the owner with the screws put back in.

Seller must be a pawnshop. Bass sure does look beat for a 2011.

Is it my old eyes or are the knobs not in a straight line??  :o

Pretty sure that's a shorty 'Bird guys......  Knobs are not in a straight line on those and the headstock is a little too small for a Studio.
Plus Uwe rarely misses one of these things.

You must be right, Mark. Besides, wasn't the Studio discontinued before 2011?

Nocturnal

Plus the shorty has a 3-point doesn't it? The Studio's had that ABM type of bridge.

It did. Short scale Bird

And it's not a gothic model, just a regular short scale Bird with the p/g removed.

Of course, that solves it, you guys are right. I knew it wasn't a Studio, those had more rounded and phatter bodies and it looked nothing like my Goth Gibson Bird finishwise, but my mind did not make the jump of downsizing it from allegedly long scale to short. But the "smiley"-knob configuration and the frontal jack should have been a dead giveaway plus the Studio/Victory reminiscent headstock of course. Fine little bass, but not a strong seller I believe, should be deleted soon if it isn't already.

Amazon still has a few left in stock, seems to be gone at the big online music retailers.
