At least this one has her own money, so probably little concern of being a golddigger like the last one. Plus she looks pretty good for 51 y.o.

The best thing is she's from New Jersey. So, if she does become a liability, it's fairly acceptable there to just have her "wacked by a mobster and thrown in some landfill."

He did alright in that divorce I think. Had she taken him to court in California, things might have looked different.
