Interesting business model
« on: May 23, 2008, 08:16:09 AM »
I saw this auction yesterday, first I've noticed from this seller. The guy takes patent drawings, which are available free online, prints a couple of drawings on 60# parchment (about 5 or 6 cents a sheet at Office Depot) and starts the bidding at $9.95 plus S&H. With his feedback numbers, somebody must be buying them.

Now that's what I call a high profit margin!

There must be a patent for the Evertilt too then. Which is kind of like a patent for VD - I mean who likes to have that?

Some people just can't appreciate a brilliant design.
