Lawsuit of the week
« on: September 12, 2011, 06:58:47 PM »
It's only Monday but this one gets my vote: 290 lb. man sues White Castle because he can't fit into their booths

No disrespect to the overweight intended. However, it's his choice. His weight is not their problem. And who would sue to be able to sit down at a place like White Castle?

“My wife went and picked up the burgers ... because I did not want to set foot into the store,” he said. “Any subsequent trips to the store have been made by my wife -- I have been like an outcast."

He just can't stop eating those sliders. Just from a business perspective, you'd think White Castle would want to be comfortable for larger customers.

Bet if he loses this lawsuit he'll sue again claiming White Castle made him fat.
Why did Salvador Dali cross the road?

Or "addicted" him.
