It is a real store. The outfit that made the film (Rhett & Link, a different YT channel) had a contest where they made funny commercials for real local businesses. Here's another one of their originals.

I think those guys have a show on IFC also. The show has behind the scenes footage of them making the commercials and the people that hire them.
