Actually, it looks like Gibson is taking them over - the TC CEO is going to be the new COO.  I would think that Henry J. is probably still running the show and will be the overall CEO.

I think you're right. This article http://www.mi-pro.co.uk/news/29354/NAMM-NEWS-Gibson-Guitar-and-TC-Group-to-merge has more details and sure makes it sound like Henry will be in charge of "the new combined Gibson Guitar Corporation."

Well, I guess this might be great news for those who wish you could buy made in China Tannoy stuff at Target.  Maybe they will do for them what they did for Orange amps.
