Looks like the "mid level" flat/flamed top with Barts model that someone swapped out the hardware (black for chrome

), knobs, and pups (

again...) on. I like it a lot!

If you look at the red of the burst, it is very similar to Conan O'Brien's new logo for TBS.

Actually it looks a lot like Baskisks Lp where he swapped out the Barts for chrome LP pups & chrome bridge.

Bassilisk (looked it up) was from the Pit & BABB. He owned an RD and built an Lp just like it.
