 The bass arrived today ! It is in excellent shape!  I gave quick set up with Roto's LD66 and I have to say for $225 I am very very impressed. I got the action super low no buzzing. The neck feels like a Geddy  Lee Jazz but it fans out a bit past the 12th fret. Flat radius good for string bending ! Nice MOP inlays and a beautiful rosewood board. Fit and finish are excellent the body is two piece alder. This bass is no toy easily stacks up to USA Fenders of the same era. The only complaint I have is they cheaped out on the pickguard, the photo finish tort is less than convincing and there is a line where two patterns meet. LOTS of great tones on this bass, very versatile. Unplugged it rings with piano like sustain. Cort=over looked and under rated.

I've played a few of those Corts with the bound Jazz bass type necks and I gotta say they do feel a lot like the real thing to me. The ones I like the most had the MM style pups but with a slightly distorted Jazz body. Nice basses IMHO. Good luck to you Scott.
