You would think they'd have gotten more input from him on the prototype or just said, "What do you want?" and just built it.

Why didn't they just bring back the "Original" classic" Perfect design, 1963 Thunderbird??????

...with a Pbass width neck and a properly positioned original style bridge.  The width of the neck was his only complaint with the TBird besides the misplaced bridge.
