« on: August 14, 2010, 01:03:21 AM »
A Swedish motorist caught driving at 290km/h (180mph) in Switzerland could be given a world-record speeding fine of SFr1.08m ($1m; £656,000), prosecutors say.

The 37-year-old, who has not been named, was clocked driving his Mercedes sports car at 170km/h over the limit.

That's ridiculous!  :o >:(

There oughta be places here & there where we can open up & see how fast our cars can go!
I went 121 mph in my vette recently after listening to Joe Walsh's song Life's Been Good To Me So Far performed by a local band.

"My Maserati does 185...they took my license, now I don't drive"

Take the guy's license & make him do menial labor for community service.
That MIGHT cure him of speeeeeeeeeeeeeding.

Sammy Hagar ROCKS!
