Saw these and of course thought of Mark  ;)

First, a good candidate for a FenderBird:

Second, a good price on a white Gibson Bird:

I know Mark's flock has grown significantly recently (while his bank account has been reduced) but someone here might like these.

Yeah, I'm at 14 and have a white one already, Mr Epi won't fit my girlish hands  ;)

I don't know how many Plek'd white T Birds there are in Seattle - I'm wondering if this isn't one of Dave's (PWV) former beauties.

I liked the comment "professionally repaired" on the Epi's page - shame it wasn't professionally re-finished... :-\

Yeah, but that's what would make it a good candidate for a Fenderbird. You just switch out the neck with a fender type.

Does the neck pocket need to be routed at all?
Cheers

Either that or you can shave the sides base and heel of the neck - much easier!

BTW if anyone is interested I can always check on stuff at BassNW, it's 20 minutes from my home.
