How much wider than 4 string pups are they?

I have no idea how wide the  string pickups are. The 4's are about 3 3/4" wide. The Epi's are about  3 7/8" wide. The Bach's are 3 5/8".

These arrived safe and sound but they are black. I swear they look chrome in that photograph. So...guess I will stick them one of the Epis. If they were chrome they'd be BaCH bound.
