Someone in the Ukraine is selling 9 (at the moment) cheap 70's Russian and Czech basses. No affiliation. If you're into these things...

Those are pretty cool for the "kitsch" value...........

Gotta love that bridge, a block of wood with a nail across the top  ;)
Resident T Bird playing Drag Queen www.thenastyhabits.com  "Impülsivê", the new lush fragrance as worn by the unbelievable Fräulein Rômmélle! Traces of black patent leather, Panzer grease, mahogany and model train oil mingle and combust to one sheer sensation ...

love em, thanks for the links. I have one sovjet bass already in my collection but that one needs to be fully restored.

From what I've read about most Soviet guitars, especially on the Cheesy Guitars site, the prices seem way high if you're expecting a playable bass or guitar. OTOH the value as oddball collectibles might be about right to someone.

I like the Roden #2. Looks like a Guild B-302 that's been Chernobyl-ized.

the roden is my favorite easteuropean bass.

The prices are crazy!
