Hi all and Happy Father's Day to you lucky dads here in the Outpost.  I got my Father's Day phone call from the Fatherland!  Both my kids are in Germany for another week, so I thought that was pretty cool.  Having some German roots makes it all the more special.

Thanks again Uwe for the travel tips.

Happy Father's Day to you dads!

I just got back from a 5:00 AM trip to the airport to put my 20-year-old daughter on a plane to Puerto Vallarta.  She gets the fun, I get the truck stop breakfast on the way home.  But that's OK - it's what dads do.

Speaking of sons and daughters far away, I just got a Father's Day call from my younger son in Buenos Aires.  Viva Skype!

... and me and the father-in-law have enjoyed today (and yesterday, and me all day Friday) nearly building the shed from hell...

Have a great day...  ;)

Ah, the shed appears again!

Kenny's shed may become legendary... :P

Oh, and yes, once my luthiers workshop (AKA "The Shed") is completed, I have to end the "Tequilabird" and resurect the "Peter Cook Custom" from the dead...  :o
