Heritage made basses?

I've never seen a Heritage bass before.  It's kind of funny looking.

They have made a few over the years, I'm not sure anything stayed in the catalog for long. The only one I saw in person was at least 10 years ago, IIRC it was more or less P shaped.

I played them, they took a lot of clues from Alembic in the design and electronics department but they DO have a sound of their own, very clear and defined.

Maybe Heritage can make a nice chrome pupped Bird.
