Group...

I have a 1962 Gibson EB-3 that is having the headstock repaired... so I do not have it in my possession.

Does anyone know the total length dimension from bottom at the strap button to the top of the headstock as well as the widest body dimension?
There is an ATA case that has become available to me but I need to make sure it will fit properly.

Thanks to all for your help!

My 63 EB-0F which I suspect to have the same dimensions is 40.5 inches head to toe and slightly less than 13 inches in width.

...I am assuming the bodies are the same.

Should be, the EB-0F is just an EB-0 with larger routings and EB-0 and -3 bodies are identical.

It's an SG body. Early 60s SGs were 12 3/4" wide* according to specs, although some could have been a hair larger or smaller.

*That's 323.85mm to you, Uwe.  :P
