Mothers Of Invention drummer Jimmy carl Black passed on. known as "The Indian of the Group" & "Lonesome Cowboy Bert"

I always liked him. He will be missed and maybe he will jam with Frank in the here after.

I was just trying to explain the Mothers concert I caught back in 68-69 to my 25 year old stepson the other day. My explanation was sadly lacking

Very tough to put in to words what they put in to music.

I loved the original Mothers of Invention stuff, Freak Out! and the rest, great stuff.
