Oh, it keeps popping up in K-12 schools with controlling principals. I thought we resolved that in the 60s.

This act is being passed in many states exactly because hair discrimination exists. And Texas passed it last year, so it's a shame that a court case is necessary.

I don't know why. It's not 1960 any more. But about once a month I see a story about it happening someplace or other.
