You scared me, I initially thought that he too had now become another Badfinger casualty. That band is blight-ridden.

Happy to hear he is alive and well - even if in Minnesota!  :P

He's been here for years, most people don't know it or are too young to have known Badfinger back in the day.

Sometimes older musicians wind up in places they were never associated with. For example, Henry Cluney of Stiff Little Fingers has lived in Rochester (Minnesota) for years. That's a long way from Belfast.

  I saw him in a local place a few years ago he did a acoustic storyteller show it was great and I got to meet him. I got to know Tommy a bit when his version was doing shows in the early 80s RIP

I see him pretty much every year (when it isn't canceled due to Covid) at our local Musicians Trade Fair. He stops over at our table, plucks a few notes on a friends dobro & moves on. I wasn't aware who he was the first few years.
There's no such thing as gravity, the earth just sucks!!
