Saying that the Spruce Goose flew once is an overstatement. I think it dipped lightly out of the water for a few seconds.

Well I wouldn't consider the XB15 one of the worst aircraft of all time. Later in the war the technology that originally was develloped for the XB15 was develloped further to make a true classic bomber.




The sole XB15 in the carabien. The first picture shows how massive the plane was.

Cool pics of that B-15, never seen those before.......it sure was big. Lots of B-17 technology there!
