I'm in one gigging band, and one start-up. The gigging band was doing a couple dates a month, but it looks like we're picking up a little (3 dates this month so far). We only practice when we can get our guitarist up here during the week. He lives 100 miles south of here, and is 16, so practice during the week has generally been during the summer, when he's up here for a couple months. That may change next year, for the worse.
The other band is just barely getting started, so we practice a couple hours a week, and I probably spend an hour or so going over songs at home before practice. I spend more ear time than fingerboard time. I'm another one that hates practice. If I need to practice on my own, I'll hit a blues jam or something like that to keep me on my toes.
