Crunchy shells are nice but you can't beat authentic style soft corn tortillas. Filling should be a mix of Carnitas and chicharones, or maybe just lengua. Then all you need are some diced up onion and cilantro, couple limes, a little hot sauce and radishes. Spicy pickled carrots are good too. Wash it all down with a bohemia. mmmm
